About Us

After receiving my degree in Environmental Horticulture with a specialization in Turfgrass Science from the University of Florida, I moved back to my hometown in South Florida. I launched Turfpro Services, Inc., an innovative sod production and landscape maintenance company, one year later. Then in 2005, I married my wife Melissa, who also attended the University of Florida. She joined Turfpro Services, bringing a new level of passion and education to the company. Through our partnership, we have significantly expanded our sod production business year after year.

With farms in Bean City, South Bay, Pahokee, and Belle Glade, Florida, we grow, harvest, and sell the highest quality muck-grown sod. We are passionate about utilizing sustainable farming practices to protect our state’s resources. As members of the Turfgrass Producers of Florida and Turfgrass Producers International, we continue to educate ourselves on advancements in our industry as well as collaborate with other professionals to remain innovative advocates for the industry, delivering accurate, fact-based information to consumers, empowering them with the right information to make the right choice, every time.
